After Prom Hamptons Houses

Way Carolingian Italy

The design of the Carolingian Street was created to respond to the need to seek and convey a sense of belonging to a larger community, such as Europe, following the path of travel (from Aachen to Rome) and the sections 800 and Charlemagne in the autumn for travel to Rome, where Pope Leo III crowned Charlemagne Emperor of the sovereign Holy Roman Empire on Christmas Eve 800. Then recover but also to safeguard, enhance and manage the landscape and cultural contexts affected by the route to the tourist and cultural territory.

Il progetto, inoltre, anche con l’ottenimento dell’ ufficialità da parte del Consiglio d’Europa , si pone l’obiettivo di promuovere il percorso carolingio come itinerario culturale che, creando un collegamento ideale fra i Comuni Italiani, Svizzeri, Belgi, Francesi and Germans who are on the track, it will promote and enhance the tourism aspects in addition to those important cultural heritage and landscape.

The Carolingian period was an important moment marked by a major political effort, social, religious, economic and cultural aims in a new way to define the balance of policy areas that had until then outlined as a result of the collapse of the institutions Late Roman.

The ability of the Carolingian was to build a complex project and structured, which rested its hinges on the state and those religious structures rebuilt to provide uniformity and consistency of management spatial fragments that Charlemagne had unified thanks to rapid military campaigns.

The figure of Charlemagne, who was given in 800, with the imperial status, the title of "rex patriae Europae", is then given as a guide for this journey to rediscover the roots of Europe, not coincidence that the one who tried to shape their sense of unity in his empire and whose will it is possible to grasp the origins of the cornerstones of our modern concept of Europe.

History and 800 AD in the Italian countryside in search of the roots of European

back over 1200 years after the route that Charlemagne used between the eighth and ninth centuries for Rome, is a way of travel not only in a geographical space, but also a common time. Finding the network of roads and paths trodden by the Carolingian royal court is a difficult task and difficult to achieve. Starting from the limited available historical sources there could be various options compare with each other several factors: the lines of communication normally used at that time, urban settlements and their importance at the time, the interests of "political" of the Emperor. Even so, many gaps remain, integrated with the choice to enhance two aspects of our territory: the goods concerned children of our great cultural heritage and environmental protection areas under the their outstanding landscape value. This second aspect is

int
flagging perfectly with the need to find a path so long ago. If roads and cities have changed profoundly over the centuries, it was not the case for natural landscapes, some may have been drained a swamp, a forest has given way to the agrarian culture, but the essence of the landscape environment is what is not necessarily changed. Found these cardinal points of the route, the final choice on the way to go to interconnect them has settled, where possible, on minor roads to promote cycling audience. In fact, to fully grasp the emotion of a viaggio così particolare, il mezzo più appropriato è la bicicletta, lenta e a volte faticosa, così come era lento il procedere delle cose prima dell'avvento del motore.

Temporary Suspension and revival of the movement

Langobardorum

It is a 'serial site, "made up of all goods and artistic monuments" unique and exceptional "relative to the heyday of culture and art of the Lombards, held in 7 locations, from North to Central and Southern Italy.

For its outstanding value, in 2008 the "Site serial" for "Italy Langobardorum" was officially proposed by the Italian Government for inscription on UNESCO's World Heritage list. It is the job ever more detailed and complex proposal to UNESCO.

La candidatura prevede inoltre la costruzione di "Itinerari longobardi" lungo percorsi regionali (i Territori dei Ducati di riferimento dei Luoghi included in the application UNESCO), national (referred to other centers of significant matrix Lombard) and European (director of "geo-cultural corridor").

Despite the divergence of views on the dating of some monuments and the different interpretations that you can still register on certain specific aspects, it is now generally accepted that the Lombards, art, culture and written into law, recovered , continued and renewed the ancient Roman classical and post classical, anticipating that renovatio traditionally ascribed to the Carolingian period. Well before the court school of Charlemagne, in fact, knew the Lombards assimilare le forme dell’antico, caricandolo di nuovi significati e di una forte componente innovativa.

Nelle manifestazioni monumentali di questa tarda età longobarda, le cui eccellenze present with this application, you can grasp the complexity of the process initiated by the Lombards, and inherited the Empire of Charlemagne, who transformed the ancient culture, identifying high moments of synthesis, but also differs from that of the Mediterranean world, projecting to Europe.

The goods included in the application of the Site "Italy Langobardorum. Centers of power and religion (568-774 AD) "are, each for its specific type, the model most significant or the most conserved among many examples spread throughout the national territory and, taken together, reflect the universality Lombard culture at its peak.

The portal, which will be implemented consistently, there are also documents, itineraries, links, bibliographies, events, scientific contributions.

Clever Wedding Koozie Sayings

Malmantile

The successful events often arise at random. This was the case with Medieval Festival Malmantile . All originated in the summer of 1993 for the work of a group of boys and girls Malmantile, volunteers from the local branch of Mercy, all aged between 16 and 24 years.

These young people, inspired by the ancient walls that sit on top of Malmantile, they decided to organize an event capable of recreating the typical atmosphere of the medieval village.

Molte famiglie residenti began within the walls of their houses made available for the work of the party. The cooks of the country were willing to cook their best dishes. Anyone who was capable in the field of sewing came forward to make clothes. Each country would contribute by providing material goods of various kinds.

Working in harmony, strong with the firmness that only small towns can be found, the boys were able to be ready for the due dates: 21 and 22 May 1994. Those days have changed forever the history of Malmantile.

The portal is also information on the medieval village which still maintains an excellent its original walls.

Medieval Byzantine and early medieval Crecchio

Since the discovery of archaeological excavation in its exhaustive, the restoration of cuts to their exposure in a show of exceptional success, reaching the culmination of a ten-year dream: the creation of the Archaeological Museum of Abruzzo Byzantine and early medieval. That, in brief, the exciting adventure lived in the small village of Abruzzo Crecchio, thanks to the valuable and effective collaboration between institutions and volunteers, a group of archaeologists and enthusiasts united by the same objective: to protect and enhance a crumb of ' immense archaeological heritage of our country.

Thanks to the foresight of officials of the Archaeological Superintendence of Abruzzo and the use of volunteers from the local branch Archeoclub, treasures archeologici della villa romano-bizantina di Vassarella - Casino Vezzani sono tornati alla luce dopo secoli e sono ora oggetto di meraviglia per migliaia di visitatori nelle teche del museo loro dedicato.

Proved to be the fundamental commitment of the volunteers, especially young people, who have worked side by side with "experts", collaborating with them in all stages of the project, from excavation to a museum of artifacts, along with taking care of even the restoration restorers of supervision.

Even the preparation of the exhibition, the first, and the museum, in the final version was created by the same volunteers under the guidance of Archeoclub Pellegrini Walter, architect of the Superintendent of Chieti, and always Andrea R. Bracket for the scientific aspect. And they are always, volunteers, real protagonists of this exciting adventure, curing, thanks to a special agreement with the Ministry for Cultural Heritage (the most important example of collaboration between the State made operational so far, local authorities and voluntary ) the management of the newborn Archaeological Museum of Abruzzo Byzantine and early medieval Crecchio .

Cataract Double Vision Worsen

of Cultural Routes of the Middle Ages Pugliese

The project "Cultural Routes of the Middle Ages Puglia" (Intervention Area II - Cultural Resources. In II. Cultural Heritage) - cataloging and dissemination of results of survey on cultural heritage - is part of a series of initiatives aimed at creating a regional portal for users interested in cultural tourism in Puglia. The cataloging of cultural property held by the regional superintendents, according to the instructions and cataloging standards developed by the Central Institute for Catalogue and Documentation (ICCD) has developed over time the methods that are well suited to the systematic knowledge of the area and its resources and their exploitation.

The database of the cultural heritage of Puglia has provided the necessary elements for a project consisting of three components:

Castelli. monuments to Frederick's court life in Middle Ages and modern times

Mosaici tra tardoantico e medioevo. La rilettura delle cattedrali alla luce delle nuove ricerche, dei restauri, degli scavi archeologici;

The widespread dissemination of regional architectural heritage with its castles and cathedrals, symbols of temporal power and religious, that is really well known, such as the customary use of caves and natural cavities such as housing and shelter man, which led to the birth and consolidation of the phenomenon commonly called "rock civilization" that characterizes the Middle Ages, especially in habitats where the rock formed a privileged form of settlement. The project aims to provide users with a complete mapping of the most significant emergenze relative ai tre grandi temi prescelti.
